- Extraordinarily smart people, very dedicated to improving patient outcomes - Innovative thinking and out of the box solutions to the most difficult problems in the healthcare industry - Growing really quickly, lots of opportunity for advancement and new roles

- Organizational structure not always clear, sometimes disorganized - Not a very diverse technology team

Excellent software developers, low-pressure software developer environment, friendly human-centric culture, true-remote (people in many timezones, never going to give that up), making meaningful progress towards improving patient outcomes!

Parachute Product team (PMs) as an organization hasn't really found its feet yet

Pros

Parachute has been a great place to work. I was looking for a happy, collaborative environment where I could do something I believe in and I found that here. There is room for growth and I've been encouraged to learn and to get involved in other areas. The team is incredibly bright, interesting, and passionate about helping people. It's gratifying to be part of a this project that is working towards improving patient outcomes (aka actually helping people). I look forward to learning and growing with the firm.

Cons

It is a big program with lots of ins and outs, moving parts, and changing priorities. Communication between teams is sometimes more complicated than it needs to be.
