Growing, thriving and doing things the right way.

Cons

Solar is Can be a difficult Market with many ups and downs to navigate. However, PES adapts as good as any solar company out there.

Bringing in business by cold calling , door to door .

Pros

Many good and stand up co-workers.

Cons

Terrible commission structure w endless claw backs and ridiculous annual bonuses (which are actually 18 months) and used against last year's sales numbers. Best advice to incoming sales person, get as much money up front and find another job quickly.

- Benefits are good but not as good as some bigger companies. However, they are improving each year.
