      They do offer benefits to full time employees Perks : Free movies. Food. Bowling. Arcade. Good stepping stone for temporary employees Gives you all the time in the world to develop customer service skills, every day is different.

      Cons

      Work life balance is always a struggle for the entertainment industry. Open 365 days a year, holidays and weekends are the point. You have to know and be willing to make these sacrifices in the theater industry. Pay is lower/average

      free movies, employees worked HARD

      Cons

      former upper-management, think there's been a change since then but.... Never been bullied by adults more in my entire life. Gossip culture. Would rather send an email addressing the entire team about an individual's mistake, rather than speaking with them one-on-one. Hated people for actually caring about their jobs. Awful pay for the quality AND quantity of work they expected out of their ALL of their employees.
