Praise is given when it is deserved, respect is projected towards the coworkers and guests, and Paragon Theaters is the cleanist place I've ever worked. Paragon Theaters takes great care of employees 365 days of the year and treats employees with special care during the holidays.

Cons

Hours are at a high need during the months of October through May because Regal Cinema is close in proximity, meaning the movies must be distributed between both theaters.
