The company culture is progressive and feedback-focused, led by a caring and empathetic leadership team that prioritises its employees. The work-life balance is excellent, with a fully flexible hybrid culture. There's a strong focus on Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI), with a balanced gender leadership team. Social events are fun, enjoyable and diverse, not solely focused on alcohol consumption.

Cannot emphasise enough how great this place is - everyone is so friendly and wants to help, and they make you feel welcome right from the beginning. The work is varied and interesting and the teams are so talented at what they do. Great office space, lots of snacks and it's a really social place to work with lots of company socials going on (but you don't need to feel obliged to go and aren't looked down upon if you don't). Everyone's ideas are valued and you can really make a difference here and affect change. A few reviews have already said this, but it's true, the directors really care, are approachable and transparent, and take an interest in you and your progression and allow you to get involved in things at work that you're interested in even if it's not part of your official role. Work/life balance is valued by everyone from the top down so this is really an important part of the company culture too.
