Pros

The Directors genuinely care about the people working here Everyone is really nice Feedback is taken on board and you can make a genuine impact Really sociable group, everyone is friendly Great office and great location No blame culture, if something goes wrong, we want to work together to fix it There's so much scope to get involved in things outside of your role Really interesting projects, not just looking for boring cash cows Great perks and social events Really transparent comms from leadership Best work/life balance i've had in my career, and best working environment

- A really good culture, great people and really interesting work. - The directors genuinely want to improve the business and are willing to listen and implement change. - The office is a great space with loads of perks/benefits - Flexible working, no micro management and people trusted to do their job
