Moving in the right direction for innovation. Highly motivated employees with a breadth of knowledge. Very friendly and fun place to work.. Very fast paced allowing you to learn new things every day. A great place to work to build your career and resume!

Cons

There are a few legacy and cultural challenges that exist but those are improving every day.

Two cultures (Russian/US) not always in Sync, management directionally challenged and top heavy

Pros

Thankfully not overly matrixed. Pay/benefits is better than most organizations of this size. Work/life balance fairly balanced with no expectation of ongoing weekend work.

Cons

Two cultures (Russian/US) with Russian culture favored. Leadership vision/direction/mandate doesn't filter down. Management is top heavy - the amount of VP's, Directors and Managers is extraordinary. Company is reactive vs. proactive in strategy.
