Pros
Work life balance, good health benefits, decent salary if you negotiate for it. Most of your coworkers are smart and have good intentions.
Cons
Lack of vision, of if there was one it was never articulated down the chain. Managers can't spend time actually managing their teams because they're too busy working on picking up the slack. Large salary discrepancies across the organisation. Huge amounts of attrition.
