      Okay place to work - but some things need to improve

      Pros

      Flexibility in work hours and occasionally working from home an option most of the time. Opportunity to make improvements via processes and structure. Good health benefits.

      Cons

      Some departments are required to work long hours for extended periods of time. Much like a start-up atmosphere but without the rewards. Global company can mean early mornings and late nights for many. Limited career development. Inconsistent expectations for people on the same team. Pay is low for some, but high for others. Raises are rare, or when they are given, they are minuscule.

      Pros

      Entry level positions are good, if management likes you - you can get promoted a lot. Opportunities to work in US\Europe, but, again, you need to be "successful" how management see it. If you lack ambitions and consider yourself as average specialist - this is best place.

      Cons

      Brain-dead top management. Outdated by 15 years tech stack. Hosting - probably, most boring stuff in world, so, don't expect any challenging tasks, just write straightforward code. Basically, company don't need any tech specialists, they need a lot of "managers" to imitate work and make billions of meetings with forwarding mails to each others.
