Interesting and complex tasks which will keep you in good form and will not make you bored. Many opportunities for traveling all over the world. A lot possibilities for self-development, cause you always need to learn more and more.

Pros

The people you will work with are generally great people. The management is NOT!

Cons

Managers out of their depth that have no clue how to manage people or processes. Low salary and don't expect it to get better at the staff level. The Sr. Mgrs. and C level are doing quite well and will tell you they are. In the same breath they will tell you how happy you should be to have a job. The Russian/Norwegian/Swedish cultures do not mesh with the American culture as well as they think they do. Work life balance does not exist don't even think that will change due to the afore mentioned cultural; differences.

Wide range of career opportunities, fast skills earning, great experience in organizational questions. All depends on you and all could be changed for good, step in!

Cons

You have to improve and grow all the time, good enough today is not good enough tomorrow.
