- Casual, friendly environment - Room for growth - Possibilities for advancement - Excellent benefits packages - Hard work is rewarded - Employees are given the opportunity to provide feedback throughout the year

Cons

- Located away from city centers (a bit of a drive for some folks) - Open work spaces can be loud and distracting at times

Parallels - Cross Platform Division: understand the need for and allows flexibility rewards smart and hard work management that supports and helps employes get the most from opportunities provides a Mac with Windows - of course! Has great products - truly best in class which makes it a pleasure dealing with customers
