      Pros

      Fast growing, high paced environment with a global touch. Very intelligent people with great innovative ideas. Everyone is very friendly and makes and effort to be friendly. There is a new wave of leadership that has come in which makes this place an even more exciting place to be.

      Cons

      Communication can be a struggle at times, but it is getting better as we continue to build out the strong leadership and departmental relationships. Offices are located in Renton which can be quite a journey for those that live near the city.

      Pros

      Vast majority of people are pleasant to deal with- they like what they do and are ready to help/coach the others. I've found a lot of good friends among my colleagues. It is a great place to be if you want to learn quickly, improve your skills and develop personally. You can work with a variety of great products and key industry players. Fair salary and additional benefits, flexible schedule. Initiative and innovation are appreciated

      Cons

      Work-life balance is not as good as it should be, but it is normal for a fast-growing company with challenging projects.

      Pros

      Parallels is a leader within their industry with talented, smart people working on innovative products and services with a global reach. Casual environment, flexible schedules.

      Cons

      The company is disorganized and lacks formal procedures and processes. The communication between internal teams can be a stumbling block. Understaffed in some departments. Not IPO ready.
