Parallels is active in a changing market. With the current portfolio there is limited competition. So if you want to be part of the team that helps the cloud service providers to stay "ahead of the curve" than Parallels is the place to be.

Cons

As there is many and many different work you have to constantly study new things. But it is good for your experience and brains! And as with any QA job sometimes you have to deal with angry developers )
