      Pros

      Nice mix of casual work environment and extremely driven workforce. Nearly everyone at Parallels has a very strong work ethic and strives to produce the best for our partners and end users. Generous PTO policy, fun internal and external events, a plethora of complementary options to keep yourself caffeinated, along with the opportunity to interact with peers all over the world make this a great place to work.

      Cons

      Although overall compensation package is quite good, Parallels does not match 401K contributions. If you are someone who only likes to put in 40 hours a week you might not be a good fit...we work hard here!

      Great company in the crossroads of the cloud industry

      Pros

      Open dialogue Management is accessible. Very strong technical background. Good new blood in leadership, mostly ex-Microsoft execs.

      Cons

      Lots to do. Seems we are always catching up with resources.
