      - international, multicultural environment - some enjoy it - cutting edge consumer products

      Cons

      - you need to know russian to truly be part of the team - too many legacy and unsuccessful products and directions

      Parallels really is a great company to work for.

      Pros

      There is a culture of support amongst the different teams - we're all working to achieve the same goal and everyone chips in. As the new guy, I have often had to ask around to find the right person for a query or problem and the amount of support, even from guys in different time zones is awesome.

      Cons

      We're spread all over the world so its not easy getting to know your fellow employees.
