Pros

Medium size privately held company with a large global footprint. Knowledgeable managers/leaders who care about their employees and career ambitions. Compensation and benefits are fantastic for the industry. Very team orientated where your opinion matters.

Cons

Company leaders work with non-performers longer than I feel is necessary. Communication at times appears to be not entirely forthcoming/timely. Work loads at times can be overwhelming.

Pros

Seasoned Senior leadership and owners. They make adjustments before the market changes and stay ahead of trends. They put much stock in HR and people development. It's very important and great to see.

Cons

Normal company challenges, silos, communication, some strange org structures, but nothing that is obstructive for the company as whole.

Pros

Great culture, executives are open to innovative ideas, supportive leadership, strong vision. Parallels still has an entrepreneurial start-up feel and is a fairly flat structure. People are helpful, genuinely pleasant and inclusive.

Cons

No major flaws, the pros outweigh any minor cons!
