+ Competent employees, challenging technologies and always evolving environment. We are building something here.

Cons

As an evolving company we are a bit weak on internal standardization of our tools used to track clients and manage the data - details out to our partnerships, license schedules to resellers and awareness as a brand name is a bit weak but growing.

Pros

Flexibility in work hours and occasionally working from home an option most of the time. Opportunity to make improvements via processes and structure. Good health benefits.

Cons

Some departments are required to work long hours for extended periods of time. Much like a start-up atmosphere but without the rewards. Global company can mean early mornings and late nights for many. Limited career development. Inconsistent expectations for people on the same team. Pay is low for some, but high for others. Raises are rare, or when they are given, they are minuscule.
