      Pros

      The people you will work with are generally great people. The management is NOT!

      Cons

      Managers out of their depth that have no clue how to manage people or processes. Low salary and don't expect it to get better at the staff level. The Sr. Mgrs. and C level are doing quite well and will tell you they are. In the same breath they will tell you how happy you should be to have a job. The Russian/Norwegian/Swedish cultures do not mesh with the American culture as well as they think they do. Work life balance does not exist don't even think that will change due to the afore mentioned cultural; differences.

      A very refreshing change from large company processes

      Pros

      Fast paced, opportunity to make an immediate impact, global accountability and scope for most roles, and opportunities for growth

      Cons

      The story of company is difficult because of the two very different lines of business. Consumer business outlook is great! The Cloud business has most potential but also more difficult to deliver.

      Not many competent people - can take responsibility and grow

      Cons

      vague strategy, no clear development plan for both company and yourself, stock options are jokes
