      flex time, great people around, strong prof, nice office, work remotely excellent products

      Cons

      bad training, unclear ways to grow in company large salary discrepancies too many different businesses and technologies to have a focus open work spaces can be loud and distracting

      Pros

      Lot of interesting people, talented engineers, new office is pretty nice. If you want to become a star - all in your hands, company definitely help you to learn and reach planned results. Work time very flexible.

      Cons

      Compensation (in case of USD troubles in Russia...), very unclear annual review system.
