      - free food - flexible schedule - transfer - people - developers could manage students as a mentors

      - Sometime food is very bad - You should overwork a lot

      One of the worst companies I worked for

      Pros

      Free fruits and some snacks. Couches to sleep when you stay overnight. This job is acceptable, if you are a newbie without any skills and personal life.

      Cons

      inadequate project management and planning, at least in our branch nepotism communication chain between management and developers is completely broken lots of overtime work
