People were friendly, company supported education, good opportunity for advancement. Employees were treated well and appreciated, schedules were flexibe. Overall, a good place to work.
Cons
The only possible down side to working for HCA was the continual stress of constant audits and production standard which were high and monitored on a weekly basis.
