Pros
There are a lot of different departments within the company, and management is eager to help you find your fit. The employee stock purchase program was an amazing incentive. Overall pay, incentives and benefits were really good for a first job out of college.
Cons
If you aren't a finance/backend/office work type of person, this job is not for you. The work was mundane and very boring. Managed a rather large department, and constantly dealt with petty employee disputes. The people who had been with the company for 5+ years all seemed to loathe their job, and it just wasn't a very enjoyable environment to work in.
