Management does not answer your emails, promises are lies, OUTSOURCED jobs along with personal health information. Productivity is of ultimate importance and not compared fairly. Those doing more difficult work are compared with those doing the easy work. It wasn’t apples to apples comparison. No breaks... Major micromanagement...

Pros

It's a wonderful place to work to get your feet wet in the remote coding industry. Managers are supportive and have an open-communication policy. Managers are quick to respond to email/questions. They did have opportunities to raise among the ranks.

Cons

The pay is very low which is the only reason that I left. I do regret leaving.
