Fair pay, health insurance and Shift differential

Cons

They like to keep you busy. If not enough call volume, they cut your hours and make you use your PTO. They not only make you work for Richmond SSCC, but also Florida and Texas. They nitpick your QA every week. Do not give substantal pay increase. Prepare to work double on weekend nights and overnight as they're short staffed. Weekend team leads fall asleep during working hours.
