Stable work environment Good work life balance Coworkers are nice

Cons

For a fortune 500 company, the pay isnt competitive and the benefts are sub par. Pay isn't competitive. Health insurance is expensive especially since we work for a hospital chain. Total of 20 days of PTO including holidays and sick days is very low High turnover because of the reasons mentioned above

Comparable Wages, Flex hrs, Benefits. Only reason I stayed so long, but after a while that's not good enough if treated like crap.

Cons

Micromanaged, Must work Christmas and Thanksgiving unless approved PTO, only a few allowed off on team of hundreds..or you have to make up your time. Will be written up if off 1% in productivity of 100; 3 write ups your fired. Constant push on productivity and accuracy. Stressful enviroment,, Never in my 20 yrs of coding have I ever worked in such a demeaning atmosphere, management should be ashamed. Quitting was the best thing I did.

There is a Wendy's and a sonic nearby. We have food trucks regularly, and they subscribe to the Major Menus delivery service.

Cons

Management doesn't seem to care. When issues are brought to their attention, they get ignored. No one seems to recognize achievements, only mistakes. Very demoralizing if you have any ambition or integrity.
