Pros

Work from Home Great leadership No micromanagement in my department Understanding Leadership Growth/Advancement

Cons

Pay even with my promotion to TL its not enough to live as a single person with kids and still have student loans back. PTO (Changed the policy where new hires accrue the same amount as I do and I have been here 8 years). I started at 6.15 now at 7.69 (after 5 years of employment) and new people coming in are making the same 7.69 this is a positive for the new people, but a negative for me. When you are interested in applying to other jobs within the company they reach out to your current manager prior to scheduling an interview. I only found out because my current manager (mentioned it to me after I interviewed) - she did not want to lose me from the team , however this might not be the case for everyone. Possible 2% or 3% raise No sick bank - you have to use your PTO for everything Diversity -June 19th/ or Juneteenth not recognized has a PTO holiday (I prefer to be off this day verses July 4th) . I would prefer an inclusive option.
