If you show initiative, drive, or intelligence the immediate management will find a way to keep you in your position without guarantee job growth. They will use words like "cross-train" or "lateral-move" and say its good. No raise, no benefit for transition, and no incentive for doing your job better. Welcome to slavery. Take in new product. Put product on shelf. Pick product. Put it in a box. Put it on a palette. Put palette in truck. Start again. Have country music play 390 days in a row on repeat. ON REPEAT!!!!ITS NOT A RADIO STATION!!!! someone picked 20 songs and those same songs play 4-5 times a day like mental torture!!!!!! However, if you like paying for your FORCED Holiday off, This is your place! Don't work Mon through Thurs more than your 8 he's due because they will take your 9 or 11 hr days from you put it to your forced day off and take your hard earned PTO to make up for your FORCED Holiday Friday total company close day!
