      You will get paid a paycheck. Also room for advancement in many areas.

      Not one if you are not a clone of the Management in place, looks and attitude

      Cons

      If you don't look like you could have lunch with CEO you cant get a break. No diversity and it would seem they are pushing in total opposite direction of most companies in 2014 in that regard. Do not give your opinion, they don't care.

      Flexible hours, benefits, location on public transportation

      Cons

      No career ladder. Lack of consistent communication between management, team leads and favoritism in the department. Very high turnover No significant pay raise in 5+ years
