The benefits and salary were competitive in the market. Training was very hands on and really helped you to learn the job quickly.

They will hire you with little to no experience. They hired an FA2 that could not even excel in Excel.

Cons

You will never be paid what you are worth. Even with tenure, management will still hire from outside at a hire salary than what you are making. FA 1 & 2's salaries range from 45k - 65k. Senior FA's barely break 80k. You have to work everyth 5th of the month, no PTO, work on weekends and holidays, no exceptions. They will work you and make you do things you do not even want to do. The CEO of Parallon is stuck in a Frat boy way of thinking. Promoting his pretty much "white" friends and only promoting one of "color" because it will be someone he can control.
