      Many good "staff" level folks who want to work together to do a great job.

      Empire Building among leaders. Lack of trust on behalf of staff to do a good job and the right thing without micro-management. Top Heavy organization. Poor Work-Life Balance. Culture does not support collaboration. Non-communicative culture.
