They look at degrees when hired more than performance of employee for pay rate. - management does not manage well and pushes their own work to employees

In addition to paying IT talent under market value, they cut all FTE salaries during the pandemic and only paid back half. Culture is not good...everyone always arguing and hostile. No one seems to be on same page, especially leaders.
