Pros

Relaxed work environment. “As long as it gets done” work ethic. Good work/life balance.

Cons

Pay could be better. Coworkers and management are a mixed bag. Some are great, while others I can’t believe they let work there.

Pros

Great work life balance. Work environment is very lax and nice coworkers are helpful and fun to be with in and outside of work. Senior members more than willing to train and you when you have questions.

Cons

Pay is low compared to today’s standard. Onboarding needs some work along with general training on software and tasks.
