Small company vibe and a laid back, wear shorts to work, work environment

Cons

Majority of business came from one client which gave that client too much power in negotiations for pay rate

Pros

Schedule and PTO flexibility was the best. Small company getting to work directly with the owners really helped with showing your skills. If you worked hard, you got a good raise.

Cons

Constant work was a roller coaster as all work was contract work.
