      Pros

      They train tactics to overcharge customers They train how to avoid giving refunds They train and train and train and pay nothing for the time their people waste in the trainings

      Cons

      They are the lowest class of contractor imaginable. They regularly over promise and under deliver They find ways to nickel and dime customers and sales people on every deal, ultimately stealing as much of their commissions as possible. There is no way to succeed with this company unless you run away.

      This company understands the value in positive encouragement and is willing to tap into the amazing talent of the millions of citizens who typically are barred from landing a job in an industry that pays enough to make a living due to their driving records and backgrounds.

      Cons

      The starting pay is $10 per hour, and the hours are kind of odd. Also the commission pay is based on the salesman's ability to get a contract signed and not based on a canvassers ability to get a scheduled appointment. So starting as a canvasser your pay is left in the salesman's hands,

      They lie about the exclusivity of their products, they price gouge big time, the treat their customers and employees like crap. God forbid you no longer work there, you will never see your last check.
