Back stabbing politics, either you are in with the “cool kids” with lower management then all is great or your not and then it can tiresome

You get to meet a lot of new people, getting to work outside , physical activity that includes a lot of walking so make sure to have nice shoes

Working outside, health insurance only available to full time, management only cares about leads
