      Pros

      Good experience if your trying to learn how to talk people. For a first job, it's a great experience and can help grow your communication skills.

      Cons

      You will work in all sorts of conditions cold, hot and occasionally rain. It requires a mentality to go through. The pay isn't that great either, my best advice is start there don't stay there.

      not much appreciation for certain departments; seemed like if you did well and made good bonus/pay, they would change the compensation plan to take away earning potential
