Pros

Company is trying to provide more perks. But most perks they're touting as new and improved have actually been provided by other companies for years.

Cons

Salaries are low and management is slow to react or provide direction.

Pros

Good worklife balance, easy 9 - 5 job.

Cons

Upward mobility is very limited, not professional development, not really trying to keep up with the industry. Benefits are not on par with industry either.

Pros

Decent money and good work experience. Work there long enough then go get a good job somewhere else. Summer Fridays are nice.

Cons

It is all about CYA and passing the buck. So many lame policies and rules. Can't get anything done due to middle management.
