Was there a over a decade ago. Depends on your direct report. Fortunately mine was sane, which felt rare working in the ET business, but when they left, everything changed. I can't say if the change was better or worse because I was let go as new leadership came in and wanted to run things differently.

Cons

Some executives were great, others were not.
