      Great place to work, but depends on what product/division.

      Pros

      It really depends on what division you are in. If you are in a more tech focused role/division the pay is more competitive. Work life balance is incredible.

      Cons

      You really have to fight for you promotions and define your path upwards. Upward mobility is not very clear, so it something you really have to carve for yourself.
