      - I've worked in two of the better Viacom offices around the world which have a great, social company atmosphere and culture. - If you are proactive in finding growth opportunity, they are supportive. - On the brand side, great perks.

      Cons

      - On boarding and relocation support is minimal and there seems to be no set framework for them. - Constant restructure and industry change leads to low morale in some teams. - Low pay by industry standards.
