      Pros

      This place is perfect for young people or people willing to start their career in the TV industry. You can get promoted easily if you are motivated. You will learn many things while working here.

      Cons

      Salaries are poor. You should not spend here more than 3 years. This place is not about music anymore but still very much dedicated to young people, so as you grow older you will not feel the connection anymore with the brands or the people around you.

      Brands are potentially exciting to work for, the atmosphere is very relaxed, colleagues are good to work with and there is no competition at mid level positions

      Cons

      Brands are potentially exciting but there is no strategy to push them to grow. No competition is due to the fact that very few people get promoted. If you get promoted, it is just formally: they don’t upgrade your tasks and you stay stuck in a machine that is old and with always the same, old management. Constantly reorganizing, the management team(s) do not know where they are going, there is no long range plan and no competent people in key roles. It is all about politics, sometimes there is no sense in what they do or ask you to do.
