      Pros

      Working with top entertainment brands like MTV and Nickelodeon is great experience.

      Cons

      Because of recent restructure, it is no longer a stable place to perform duty. Not a good company to work for at this moment.

      I worked for a fashion site which CBSi bought in Shanghai. -gain a lot project experience for luxury customers -holiday gifts -location in Shanghai is quite convenient

      -no training -no career path -ppl like gossip -no decent bonus

      Nice offices with kitchen and snooker table lounge area away from normal desks.

      Cons

      No direction, no sales plan or implementation just robotic col calling 180-250 calls a day for an embarrassingly low rate of pay!!
