      Pros

      outreach to college campuses is strong. allowed me to partake in an internship while still a student

      Cons

      Direction from my direct manager was not always clear. I ended up providing support to others in the office with who needed my assistance which was very beneficial to my learning, since a number of them had senior titles.

      Pros

      Generally the company has laidback work culture, more flexible than most companies, convenient location, free fruit twice a week and massages. Good stepping ground for greenhorns but unless you are in sales there is little career development here. The brand itself should draw juniors in as a big US company on their resume.

      Cons

      If you're unfortunate enough to be in a role that supports the sales team you will be treated like dirt, even if you're being bullied by sales HR won't be around the help you. The salary offered is really low as well, lower than most companies of similar size and reputation. No career development unless you are in sales.

      Pros

      Great community culture and lots of good benefits in terms of monthly parties, client ents and christmas and summer parties. Good working culture and amazing offices.

      Cons

      Quite hard to progress due to fairly flat employment structure which can lead to a high turnover of staff within the company.
