      Corporate culture is very casual/laid back Creative environment Many travel opportunities Amazing job to have in your early and mid 20s

      Cons

      Hard to move around once on a certain track / in a certain business unit Leadership tends to be people that excelled at a certain skill and were promoted without ever learning to be good managers / leaders Low pay relative to other media companies - becomes an issue once you're out of your 20s and still living check to check

      lacking career development opportunities and/or standardized programs for it, understaffed in most areas, constant restructuring and laying off professionalists while either not re-staffing them or re-staffing them with people who are less experienced and less professional, many managers lack technical and personal management skills
