      CBS Interactive was doing a lot of great things - no one could argue they were lagging in advancing CBS' reputation in the digital space.

      Cons

      Senior Management didn't always have the highest respect for the employees who were there doing the work.

      Entry Level pays is very low. They can afford to pay more than $20,000's salaries. Especially for the work you put in
