- Challenging projects - Great experience in being a PM and needing to prioritize, call your shots, sink or swim

Cons

- Engineering teams are a hit or miss; I've worked with great engineers who are positive, optimistic ICs-- I've also worked with engineers who are pessimistic, constantly complaining, and whose output is the same or less than the great engineers
