Pros

Great colleagues, supportive managers and room to move up within the company. Paid fair market rate for work.

Cons

Company is returning to office, primarily in hybrid capacity, despite many employees wanting to remain remote in perpetuity. There have been some culture detriments since the ViacomCBS merger, as CBS Interactive had better policies for Summer Fridays, Winter Holiday Shutdown, and flexible WFH options.
