Good consulting firm to work for

Pros

It's a small consulting firm (200-300 employees), and people over there are really helpful. Owner of the company is a confident, helping and straightforward guy, who keeps his promises. I am satisfied in terms of salary and Bonuses.

Cons

Interaction is very less with management, less growth.
