Good exposure to global projects so good learning and growth opportunities Good work-life balance due to remote working availability Flexible work hours and good leave policy Group health insurance is good Interesting projects Employee engagement is good even through remote working

Cons

Meetings happen post 5PM IST due to most teams being situated in USA so often can't close the day at 5.
