Good consulting firm to work for

Pros

It's a small consulting firm (200-300 employees), and people over there are really helpful. Owner of the company is a confident, helping and straightforward guy, who keeps his promises. I am satisfied in terms of salary and Bonuses.

Cons

Interaction is very less with management, less growth.

People, culture, accessibility, friendly, great up to date Google+ community, social presence, tech savvy.

Cons

Keeping up with the fast pace, 24/7 operation. Recruiters are being hired now which is great so they can keep pace with growing sales out West Region of USA
